I tried waiting for his 1/2 HP attack (he needs to use it 3 times before you can beat him with System ID) but he seems to randomly cycle through 3 attacks even if you don’t attack him. 1 of those attacks locks up the game every time, not just on the PSP, but on PS2’s and PC emulators as well.
