Sanitas Sbm 09 Manual Lawn
Hi, I am English but have retired to Spain. However when I came over to Spain I brought over all my tools which I use for my hobbies. I have a number of Draper tools and find them some of the best on the market. However, I have just been using my Multi-Tool.Stock Number 62727 Part No PT95K [ 230v ] and the drive link between the motor and the chuck shaft has disintegrated for some reason.the motor is fine and the chuck drive shaft is fine, so are all the bearings. Now I usually repair and replace all broken or damaged parts in all my tools as my trade is an electrical tool repair engineer.
But, and this is a big but, I cannot find any supplier that can supply me with spare parts for my draper tools.especially the one which has just stopped working.I have it stripped down on my bench and it would only take less than five minutes to repair if I could get the spare part. I would also like to know where I can obtain manuals showing the open breakdown of all component parts to your tools and especially the one mentioned above complete with the parts numbers list and places where these parts can be obtained. I thank you for your patience in the above matter and I look forward to your most urgent reply giving my some intelligent information which dosn't seem to be on the internet. I came up with a home fix for this issue since it seems this little Draper part isn't available anywhere in the universe - simply use a short piece of neoprene tubing as a connector or coupling. As long as the tubing wall is thick enough (thin walls might flex too much), and the inner hole is small enough to fit snugly on those two end shafts, it should work fine.
Anyhow, if the tubing does break or tear or start to slip, or whatever, just use another piece of tube. My tubing was 13mm outer diameter and the wall thickness was 2mm. So an inner hole diameter of 9mm. Make sure when you cut your tubing you account for it having to extend as far as it can go - it actually fits right down into the outer ridge. See my arrows on the one pic, if you're not sure what I mean. If you're lucky enough to be able to order on eBay, check out the Dremel shaft coupling part - it seems as though it might work here, too. Just cut it down to size.

All I did was: 1) cut my piece of tube and drop it into boiling water for a few seconds to soften it. 2) Take it out and quickly fit (force) it onto the end of the chuck side shaft. I chose that shaft as it's loose and I could fit the tube properly, plus I need to dip the tubing in the boiling water again and you can't do that if you've used the motor side first. Don't go too deep as you have a bearing there. 4) Lift the motor out slightly and force the tubing over the end, making sure it's seated right down. 5) Drop the entire joined up shaft into its place and put the side of the machine back in place for a few minutes. This makes sure the shafts are aligned while the tubing cools and hopefully shrinks a bit onto the two ends. 6) Open the side cover and check it's all good.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France, Unfortunately FixYa cannot provide manuals direct - members of the forum are just people from all over the world, probably working from home, and not representing any particular manufacturer;-0)??????
Manual You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct;-0) If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating. Thanks and good luck! Sep 13, 2011 .
